Another season starts at Point Labarbe

Yesterday began another hawk watching season at Point Labarbe and despite the warm, muggy conditions a decent number of birds were active during the day. We recorded 43 birds of 10 species with Bald Eagle being the most numerous. Thanks to all the stalwarts for coming out on opening day.
