It is with a heavy heart that I write today to let you know that on Saturday, March 19, Kathy Bricker died after a long but graceful battle with cancer. Kathy was a founding member of MSRW and will always be remembered for her smile, enthusiasm and irrepressible energy. In many ways, she was the face of MSRW, and was the driving force behind the organization’s fundraising, outreach and education programs. We will all miss her very much. A memorial service will be held in Cheboygan, MI sometime this fall.
