Waterbird Count – 4 September

Strong southwest winds today and occasional light rain made for a reasonably quiet count compared to yesterday, but still had some loon movement and ducks coming through. A handful of White-winged Scoters and a Red-throated Loon were the highlights, but had some good diversity regardless of low numbers.

Great Blue Heron – 1

Mourning Dove – 1
Monarch Butterfly – 1
